jobs opening up...

just today i was discussing the crossiblities concept with a fellow recruiter, and it led to a convo about two job openings that i can fill! immediately i had 3 people in mind for the two jobs (two of them go togther, so it's ok) additionally, i already have their resumes, because that's how we roll. Collecting information from people in ministry that might one day be interested in something different is the start. Locating the places that would benefit from our services, that's where we are now. If you know any one that would be looking for a position, please send their resume along.... If you know of a ministry looking for the right person... please let me know. I have what they need!

Now, to feed your real mind... your spiritual mind... you must join me in reading a blog by my friend John. www.prodigaljohn.com Please don't miss what he has to say!

so... things are getting exciting

It's interesting, I thought I had it all figured out. (imagine that) and I was going to be this little one woman show, (with help from a couple willing and able family members) and have this tidy little consulting gig... when I went to lunch with a few people that knew alot more than me.

Now, I was ready to hit the ground running and got momentarily paused to write a book and a magazine (Millionaire Blueprints Teen magazine and Prepare to Be a Teenage Millionaire book). I'm so glad this happened, becuase now, it's clearer that this is going to be bigger than me. It is going to be a blessing to many people...

Some very sage advice has led me to a place where I have determined that this can be a win-win-win situation for everyone involved. Crossibilities has an opportunity to bless alot of people, you included. The first step is to put together your own resume ... just in case... and then, start contacting any ministry related people that you know and have them send me their resumes, but with a note that you sent them! It will be worth it for you... and in the next post, I'll try to give more details how! Very exciting!

Crossibilities

A new ministry focused recruiting business... because all of the best people can't advertise that they might be interested in a new opportunity and Churches don't always want to publish their holes for all the world to see.

Let me help you cross paths with someone you've been looking for and just didn't know it. Having successfully placed amazing people in ministry positions and with an extensive network of church leadership contacts, Crossibilities is poised to go to work for you.
